Returns and Exchanges policy

Returns
Please return your items within 30 days. Unfortunately, after 30 days will not be accepted.

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM SO WE CAN SEND YOU A LABEL. GHOST RETURNS (RETURNS SENT TO US WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE) MAY TAKE A LOT LONGER TO PROCESS AND ARE VERY PRONE TO BEING REJECTED, AND FED TO OUR PET DRAGON!!

SERIOUSLY, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE MAKING A RETURN

Please return your items in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where we will only be able to give you a partial refund (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (after contacting us and making arrangements)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether we will be able to issue a refund, based on item condition.

After we send you the email, we will begin to process your refund/exchange, and will credit your payment method within certain amount of days (depending on your bank). PayPal refunds should usually be a lot quicker than regular credit/debit cards

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company (or PayPal), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank (or PayPal). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Clearance items (if applicable)
For clearance items, all sales are final, and we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges.

If the item you bought was on sale, you will only get back the amount the item costed you at that time. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, as we pay those to the carrier in charge of your package, and they will not give them back.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will email you our return address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
