  • Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

If you miss this deadline, Please contact us, so we can give you a return label, then return your item/s (Please don't open the box when you get the items you don't want*, just send it back when we send you the label). We will refund you after we inspect the item/s, as long as they are in the condition we sent them

If the item is not in the condition we sent it, we will contact you to work out the best options for you

*If there are items you still want, go ahead, open the box, take them, then reseal the box and send the items you don't want. We will only refund you for the items you send back

  • Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, at this time we only ship within the United States and it's territories. If you want something shipped internationally, please Contact Us, and we will be happy to create an eBay listing for you.

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

We use the following carriers to ship your items

      • FedEx
      • UPS
      • USPS (Post Office)
      • In parts of Miami-Dade and Broward, we offer local meetups to hand you your purchases in person, so you dont have to pay shipping and you get your items faster. Due to COVID-19, we have suspended our local meetups. As the situation improves, we will be on the lookout to see when will be safe to resume this convenient service!
  • How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 business days.

  • How long does shipping take?

Once we give your item to the carrier, it should take between 2 to 10 business days depending on your location, the service you bought, and the carrier itself.

We have seen cases where the item arrives the very next day after it was dropped off, and cases on which it will take 2 to 3 weeks.

NOTE: You will be given a tracking number, so you can check on the status of your item!

  • About combined shipping

In order to guarantee combined shipping for your orders, please try to order everything you want before 2200 hrs (10pm) eastern time on the same day.

We cut off at that 2200 (10pm) eastern time, so any new orders after will be treated as next day.

If you order $25 or more in separate orders, you should receive a refund for the shipping costs you paid within 48 hours of ordering, but usually faster. If you don't, please contact us, so we can send your refund

  • What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your item, and (provided that the item is indeed defective) we’ll send you a replacement.
